1. Plan Activation Policy

Once an earning plan is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded as daily rewards begin immediately.

2. Recharge Refunds

Recharges (funds added to wallet) are non-refundable as they are used to activate earning plans.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing plan activation, contact support within 24 hours for resolution.

4. Fraudulent Transactions

Any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be investigated and may result in account termination without refund.
